1-to-1 Coaching Online

The secret to great transformation lies in our small, daily actions.

Reducing stress…feeling at home & well nourished in our bodies, minds, & hearts…aligned with our values & connected with our purpose…this is all possible by looking at how we can make tiny but consistent shifts in our habits and in our minds.

In our coaching sessions, we look at how to create & cultivate habits, attitudes, behaviors & mindsets that work FOR you, and not against, so that you can reach the goals that you have set out for yourself. 

What’s equally important is that you enjoy the journey & who you are right now, instead of just focusing on the ‘end goal’ (there really isn’t one, we’re always growing!). 

We start together, but the intention is that through our coaching journey, you will find & nurture your own inner coach, or guide, so that you feel capable & resourced for continued growth. 

In the Fully Embodied Living Coaching Program, we start with the 4 Pillars
(Connection to Body, Nourishment, Presence & Growth) but we also look at all areas of well-being: work-life balance, relationships, abundance vs scarcity mindset, connection to community, healthy boundary setting, & career satisfaction - investigating how to bring more balance & harmony throughout. 

All sessions will use the Zoom platform, and so can be recorded if so requested. Notes from each session plus weekly check-ins will be sent to the client to help keep them on track with the practices & goals that we set up together.

How do I start?

If you think that my coaching programs might be a good fit for your needs, click the button above or below that says “Yes! Book my Free 30 Minute Consultation”, and we can set up a time to meet through Zoom.

If we feel like we are a good fit together, and you want to get started, I will send you the initial intake forms, we can agree upon an initial schedule, and get started!

 

How often do we meet?

Once a week is the minimum ideal time between sessions, and once a month is the maximum ideal time - it’s up to each individual to decide the frequency of our meetings, depending on their goals & needs.

 

Packages

There are 2 options:

1 hour sessions: this time will be for talking together about how to make positive changes in the 4 Pillars of Fully Embodied Living: Connection to Body, Nourishment, Presence & Growth.

Single session: $100
6 Sessions: $500
12 Sessions: $900

1.5 hour sessions: this extra time allows us to include a movement segment of Fully Embodied Fitness - while also having time for coaching on other aspects of Fully Embodied Living: Nourishment, Presence & Personal Growth.

Single Session: $120
6 Sessions: $600
12 Sessions: $1000
