Connection to Nourishment

Enjoy a healthy, balanced diet AND a healthy, balanced relationship with food & nourishment.

Educate & empower yourself, so that you have agency over your own health.
There is a lot of mis-information, mixed messages, vested interest, & shaming about food & diet,
none of it designed to help us be healthier.
What works is balancing all the information out there,
with the wisdom WITHIN of what the body is truly hungry for,
and how it can best be satiated, for long term health and well-being.

In my coaching practice, I support my clients to:

  • gain a better understanding of how to create a balanced, healthy, sustainable diet that works for them

  • address habits such as stress & emotional eating, AND discover alternative ways to alleviate stress & emotional distress,
so that they can eat for nourishment & enjoyment

  • become conscious of what they are eating, why they are eating it, & what they might be really hungry for instead
(think: sweet moments instead of sweet food, & relaxing with presence instead of with distraction)

  • achieve the prescribed health goals given by healthcare practictioners, such as nutritionists, doctors, or naturopaths.

My Philosophy on Healthy Nourishment

I do not encourage restrictive dieting, nor 1 particular diet, nor 1 way of eating.
I do encourage a plant-centered diet, with room for everything & anything.
I do encourage creating healthy, sustainable nourishment goals that work for each individual.
As with all of the 4 Pillars, I encourage an approach of conscious cultivation of the habits that serve us,
alongside the ability to discern what unhealthy habits we need to look at with honesty & compassion
so we that we can create the ideal space for our personal evolution towards our most aligned selves.
