Why are 1-to-1 classes valuable?

  • Because the body is precious, it's important to take good care when there are injuries, chronic pain, or conditions that require special consideration. When we are in good dialogue with our own body AND within the student/ teacher relationship, moving safely & effectively is possible.

  • Working towards specific fitness goals can be just the motivation we need to stay on track. The 1-to-1 setting allows us to create a customized program that perfectly fits your needs.

  • Schedule limitations can mean group classes might not be the best fit.

For all these reasons & more, 1-to- training is invaluable.

Booking & Scheduling

Once you have had your free 30 minute session, and decide that you would like to keep training with me, we can stay in touch through email to further introduce ourselves and organise sessions together.

Before your first session I will send you a health questionaire and release form to fill out and return, so that I can start to plan.

In your first session, we discuss your goals and intentions for working with me, go over your health history, and dive deeper into postural analysis. From there, we start strengthening and connecting from the inside-out, with customised exercises and movements to strengthen your core, increase flexibility, as well as address your specific goals and needs.

 

Benefits of Online Training

  • Online classes mean that you can train in the comfort & safety of your own home, making caring for children, pets, or parents from home much easier.

  • You can continue to train even if you are out of town - all you need is a bit of space & an internet connection

  • Because there is no commute, bad weather will never get in the way of your workout.

  • The Zoom platform gives us the opportunity to record the sessions we have together, so that you can practice anytime, at your convenience.

  • Communicating between sessions is easily done through text &/or email

 

How often do we meet?

Sessions can be booked as many as several times a week, or as few as once a month, depending on your goals and needs. Programs can be created for you to practice on your own, to be updated as needed.

In order to make the best progress safely & effectively, 6 sessions are recommended as a starting point, and then we can discuss what is best from there.
6 Sessions: $360
12 sessions :$600
Single session: $75
