The Essential Series series is ideal for those new to mindful exercise, or who need to work at a more methodical pace.

In this series you will learn how to

  • increase core (abdominal) strength while reducing lower back strain

  • strengthen & tone the arms, waist, glutes, thighs & calves while nourishing all the joints of the body with healthy motion

  • create lasting flexibility through the whole body safely

  • improve balance, coordination & posture (feel & look taller!)

  • move mindfully, bringing together the strength of body, heart, & head, to become more fully embodied

The Essential Series includes:

  • 5 Unique Workouts with 2 versions of each workout:

    The Technique Version gives lots of cues to ensure that you are in the correct alignment, so that you can target the correct muscles and strengthen your body safely & effectively, for maximum results.

    The Flow Version is the same workout with extra bonus exercises! I still provide lots of cues for proper form & muscle targeting, but we move at a slightly faster pace, so that you can flow & enjoy the workout over & over again.

    Each class is a full body workout, ranging from 40-50 minutes.
    I also provide time markers, so that you can break the class down into 2 substantial workouts for maximum time efficiency.

    Strengthening, stretching, & guided relaxation are a part of every workout. It’s the complete package!

  • Foundations Class: This class teaches the technique of ‘core breathing’, which decribes how to engage the deep abdominal & very important pelvic floor muscles just by breathing! This breath technique is then applied to all of the workouts to increase the core strengthening benefits even more. Empowering information about how to best care for the lower back, neck, hips, knees, & feet allows you to get maximum results safely in each workout.

The Dynamic Flow Workout: This cardiovascular-centered class takes all the strength, coordination and technique from the main series into a faster paced environment, providing a fun, dynamic safe workout for the heart & lungs! In this series you get 2 versions of the same routine: a longer version, and a compressed version for when you are tight for time.
