easy to follow nutrition tips
optimizing sleep quantity & quality
embracing the very best of this deeply sacred time in our lives!
Be prepared to move! We will be doing a 45 minute workout, accessible to all levels, combining the best elements of Pilates, yoga, dance, functional exercise & mindful movement. A short meditation & breath practice is also part of this class.
When: Sunday November 23 starting at 10am PST, 11am MST, noon CST, 1pm EST, 2pm AST, 2:30 NST, . After the 2 hour workshop, there will be time for Q&A/sharing with the community.
