Each day includes a:

Includes: 
1. A guided meditation with a focus on relaxation. Perfect for pre-sleep, or as a midday recharge. 

2. A series of delicious hip opening stretches. All done lying down (in bed works!)

3.  Guidance on how self-compassion can be a powerful tool to help reduce stress-induced eating.

Includes:
1. A guided meditation for deepening body awareness & relaxation. 
 
2. A breathwork practice to wake up & strengthen your core - including the deep abdominal & pelvic floor muscles!

3. Demystifying the healthy, balanced diet. (What is good fat? Is it possible to get enough protein without eating meat? Learn all this & more).

Includes:
1. A Meditation to remind us of the many fierce & powerful qualities of the heart.

2. Stretches for the heart, including the chest & shoulders (the perfect remedy for too much computer-time!) 


3.Support the heart with practices that encourage self-compassion instead of emotional eating. 

Includes:
1. A guided meditation to cultivate focus & calm a busy mind.
 
2. Guided stretches to release neck & shoulder tension, so vital in the age of computer & smart phone posture 

3. Support for more mindfulness in the day, including mindful eating.

Includes:
1. A guided meditation to help us connect to our deepest aspirations
 
2. A mini-class to improve balance & groundedness NOW, so we can move more confidently into our future. 

3. Inspiration on how to cultivate healthy goals & aspirations.
